Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management.
• Experience in waste management is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Has valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manages the coordination of daily cleaning activities and emergency response work at all locations.
• Oversees service providers to ensure service level agreements are maintained and followed.
• Ensures accurate recording and maintenance of contracts invoices and associated documentation in the INCAB system.
• Tracks reviews analyzes and maintains essential documents to support operations method statements.
• Assists in the preparation of cost estimates and work scheduling. Tracks and documents completion of scheduled work.
• Supports policies procedures and consistent communication to ensure compliance with related standards.
• Coordinates with Core Team as required to meet maintenance requirements and timelines.
