Job summary

IDEMIA in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Program Manager to own end-to-end government customer programmes across the UAE and wider Middle East within our Justice & Public Safety (JPS) business line. You will be the primary management contact for the customer, responsible for delivery, financial performance, contractual commitments and account development.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of programme or complex project management experience.
Experience with government or public-sector customers in Middle East is essential.
Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

Act as primary management point of contact for the customer; ensure delivery and satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality.
Govern programme execution with governance reviews, KPI monitoring and reporting.
Own programme financial performance including forecasting, invoicing and cash flow.
Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
Ensure contractual compliance throughout the lifecycle and change control.
Support pre-sales activities and account growth as required.
Provide concise programme reporting to senior management.
