Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in product management, pricing strategy, analytics, or commercial intelligence.
• Strong command of telecom and digital engagement KPIs (ARPU, MRR, MAU, DAU, churn, NPS, CSAT).
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing strategies and value propositions for a pre-launch digital telco brand.
• Monitor success metrics and ensure data infrastructure supports launch decisions.
• Analyse competitors and market developments to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Track commercial metrics (ARPU, churn, engagement) and report to leadership.
• Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams to inform decisions.
• Influence product features and pricing levers to maximize growth and retention.
