ERE Homes, a British-owned boutique real estate brokerage in Dubai, seeks ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing team. You will work with buyers, sellers and landlords, generate new business, manage leads and build your own client portfolio across Dubai.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience, fluent English and a UAE driving licence. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential, supported by in-house marketing and dedicated telesales.

The Role

We are looking for ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing team.

You will work with buyers, sellers, and landlords, generate new business, manage leads and build your own client portfolio across Dubai.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months' sales experience; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, driven and commercially minded.
• Confident working in a commission-only environment.
• Ideally already based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
