Job summary

WSP Middle East Limited - Dubai Branch is seeking a seasoned Projects Control Manager (Cost Engineering) to drive cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and control across AE Maritime projects in Abu Dhabi. The role partners with project, commercial and client teams to ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets and governance requirements.

The candidate will develop detailed cost plans, monitor actual costs, provide variance analysis and present actionable reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control across AE Maritime projects.
• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Manage change orders, cost risks and governance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present cost reports, dashboards and summaries to senior management and clients.
• Lead cost estimates for variations, claims and change orders in line with contractual terms.
• Support cash flow forecasts and funding requirements for project financing.
• Conduct post-project cost reviews to identify lessons and improve performance.
