Job summary

WSP in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Projects Control Manager (Cost Engineering) to lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control across Abu Dhabi Ports projects, ensuring delivery on time and within contractual governance.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, CostX and advanced Excel; English fluency is essential, Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related discipline.
• 15+ years of cost engineering or project controls experience on large infrastructure or maritime projects.
• Proven ability to lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans, budgets and forecasts for Abu Dhabi Ports projects.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Lead cost estimates for variations, claims and change orders.
• Prepare cost reports and dashboards for senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with project managers and client representatives on cost objectives and contractual obligations.
• Apply cost control procedures per WSP standards.
