Senior Project Manager, Digital - Dubai (UAE) (Talent Pool / Future Opportunities)

We're growing across the UAE - and rather than wait until we're mid-scramble for a Senior Digital Project Manager in Dubai, we figured we'd get ahead of ourselves and start building a shortlist of brilliant people now. So consider this less "apply today, start Monday" and more "let's get to know each other before we actually need you".

No fixed start date, if we're being honest - but that's kind of the point of a pipeline. We want to meet you before the req is fully open, so when it is, you're not a cold application, you're the first call we make.

What We're Building Towards

As we grow our footprint in Dubai, we'll need Senior Project Managers who can lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation - bringing structure, pace, and client confidence to complex, multi-workstream builds, and helping shape how we deliver in the Kingdom rather than just inheriting someone else's playbook.

Who We're Looking For

We're deliberately keeping this open. We're just as interested in:

• Established Senior Digital PMs who've run this kind of delivery before and want to bring that experience to a growing Saudi team, or
• Strong Project/Programme Managers who are right on the edge of that next step - you might not have "Senior" in your current title, but you've got the agile instincts, the client trust, and the technical range, and you're ready to grow into it with the right backing

If you're in that second camp: good. Growing into the role with us, on a team we're actively building out in Dubai, might genuinely suit you better than walking into somewhere it's already been defined.

Broadly, we'd love to hear from people with:

• 5+ years of client-facing digital project management experience, ideally using agile methodologies
• 2+ years agency or consultancy experience (5+ preferred)
• A track record managing large scale website or platform projects - discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, front end and website development, QA, deployment, and maintenance
• Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore or Salesforce
• Comfort working in Jira/Confluence
• An appetite for earning (or building on) a SCRUM certification
• Arabic language skills are a genuine plus, but not essential
