• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance with appropriate systems and tools to ensure progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed, with clear communication.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with regular updates.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships with third parties and vendors.
• Lead and support a team of technical resources.
