Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
• UAE project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
