Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with PMP, 12+ years in oil and gas project delivery, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, contracts, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• PMP certification required.
• 12+ years in oil and gas project engineering/execution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong cost planning and control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical input into proposals, conceptual studies, and early project-development activities.
• Define, revise, and finalize scopes, objectives, specifications, costs, and implementation phases.
• Coordinate engineering design, material specifications, procurement, and tendering activities.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering and project-management teams.
• Prepare weekly highlights and monthly progress reports for management.
• Deliver projects within approved HSE, quality, cost, schedule, and operational targets.
