Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a senior Major Projects Manager - Engineering Delivery. The role leads multidisciplinary teams through concept to handover across major plant developments, with end-to-end accountability for project governance, safety, cost and schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 12 years of oil and gas project experience and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of oil and gas project engineering or execution experience.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through every delivery phase.
• Coordinate engineering design, material specifications, procurement and contract tendering.
• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, practices and company standards.
• Develop execution strategies for major plant and field-development projects.
• Manage consultants and verify effective site supervision and contract administration.
• Maintain control of project budgets and expenditure approvals.
