Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee major multi-disciplined engineering projects from inception to handover. This role ensures that all projects meet the required technical, commercial, HSE, and quality standards while adhering to timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have 12+ years of experience in Oil and Gas project execution, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Oil and Gas project engineering/execution, including 5 years leading multi-discipline teams.
• Strong project management expertise with understanding of contracts, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven leadership skills managing large, complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and proposal development, providing technical input and coordinating design.
• Oversee procurement, tendering activities, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Manage Project Management Consultants and ensure effective site supervision and project administration.
