Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a flagship project in the UAE, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, milestones, quality, HSE, and commercial objectives.

You will deliver large-scale industrial, logistics, warehouses, infrastructure, or commercial developments with fast-track schedules and demanding client/consultant requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years total construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience managing large construction projects.
• Experience delivering industrial facilities, logistics centres, warehouses, structural steel, infrastructure, or large commercial developments.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from mobilization to final handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Utilities, MEP, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Interface with the Client, Consultant, Authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead weekly and monthly progress meetings and prepare executive project progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, procurement strategy, long-lead items, and resource allocation.
• Drive project recovery plans where required to protect milestones and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contract requirements, company policies, HSE standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review variations, claims, cost control measures, and commercial protection of the company’s contractual position.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams to strengthen performance and accountability.
