Job summary

ADNOC L&S is seeking an experienced project leader to manage assigned major or small projects from inception to completion, supervising licensors, design consultants and contractors to meet contract, quality, health, safety, and environmental policy requirements, in addition to maintaining schedule and approved budget.

You will oversee detailed procedures, optimize logistics, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with safety policies while guiding teams toward operational excellence across

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 12 years in Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical, Refinery & Industrial projects, and expertise in project management from inception to completion stage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure detailed procedures are prepared by subordinates to cover timely and effective provision of requirements.
• Direct the practical and the economical short and long term supply programs of all company products and the identification of the appropriate transportation programs.
• Give commercial and technical evaluations and provide recommendations concerning interpretation of company policies; supervise compilation of technical reports for Tender boards.
• Manage the provision, control and optimization of different logistical services and third parties.
• Initiate and organize feasibility studies on all aspects of shipping related activities and contingency plans.
• Manage the Freight forwarding contractor activities to ensure safe handling, storage, timely and economical delivery of materials.
