Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead assigned major or small projects from inception to completion. You will supervise licensors, design consultants and contractors, ensuring contract compliance, quality, safety and environmental standards while maintaining schedule and budget.

The role also covers developing efficient procedures, organizing feasible logistics, and overseeing storage and materials management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 12 years in Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical, Refinery & Industrial projects with project management experience from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead assigned major or small ADNOC L&S projects from inception to completion, supervising licensors, designers and contractors.
• Ensure contract requirements, quality, health, safety and environmental policy compliance and maintain schedule and approved budget.
• Maintain a project monitoring and reporting system for management.
• Oversee procedures prepared by subordinates and develop systems to improve efficiency of department activities.
• Direct supply programs of company products and identify appropriate transportation programs.
• Provide commercial and technical evaluations and supervise tender report compilations for adherence to guidelines.
• Manage provision, control and optimization of logistical services and third parties.
• Organize feasibility studies on shipping activities and maintain contingency plans.
• Manage freight forwarding contractor activities with emphasis on HSE and contract performance.
• Manage storage facilities and advise on design capacity and equipment needs.
• Control inventory and ensure safe storage of toxic and hazardous materials.
• Oversee receipt, inspection and storage of purchased materials and management of damaged items.
• Ensure stock rotation and expiry management, and monitor warehouse security and equipment certification.
• Schedule and assign staff to warehouse operations and monitor budget, infrastructure and human capital.
