Job summary
PMO Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation, enterprise software, and IT infrastructure initiatives.
You will partner with executives, business leaders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while establishing governance and mitigating risks.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience and PMP/PRINCE2/Agile credentials, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering digital transformation and IT infrastructure projects.
- PMI/PRINCE2/Agile or equivalent certification is required or highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issue resolution processes.
