Job summary

TMC Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead a range of digital and technology transformation initiatives, including web platforms, procurement systems, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of hands-on PM experience across the full project lifecycle, with strong delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities in business and technology domains.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on technology or digital project management experience.
• Experience across end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and schedule tracking.
• Experience presenting to Steering Committees and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Understanding of software delivery, integrations, and digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technology and digital projects from initiation to go-live.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Drive execution, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Prepare and present updates to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders.
• Manage communications across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for transparency.
• Manage external vendors, SLAs, procurement processes, and contracts.
• Oversee integration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation and lessons learned repositories.
