Job summary

Al-Futtaim Contracting in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive a high-value construction project from initiation through handover. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage client expectations, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires deep PM expertise, PMP/PRINCE2 preferred, and 12–15 years of experience in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
12 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and meeting timelines and budgets.
Strong understanding of PM principles, safety standards and QA practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-value construction project.
Ensure adherence to schedule and budget and meet programme timelines.
Oversee scope including high-rise, residential or commercial components.
Develop and execute a delivery strategy aligned with AFEC’s plans.
Establish risk management processes to protect timelines, quality and profitability.
Coordinate with client, contractors and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
