Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a prominent Dubai government cultural authority's Promising Arts Department. You will manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to international best practice standards.

You will build and improve project management processes, prepare budgets and reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on feasibility studies, risk management, and contract negotiations; report timelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, Applied Arts, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, performance management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and reporting across the department.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on feasibility studies, risk management, and contract negotiation.
• Evaluate project performance and flag risks before they become problems.
• Support the development of qualification requirements for consultants.
• Report on project timelines, deliverables, and operational challenges to department leadership.
