Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or Project Management (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Emirati nationality, Family Book, Dubai residency required.

Responsibilities

• Set and improve standard operating procedures for department projects.
• Study project requirements and costs, and flag or explain any variances.
• Track project performance against plans.
• Support consultant qualification requirements and review stakeholder communication templates.
• Manage feasibility studies, resource planning, budgets, quality assurance, risk management, and contract negotiation across major projects.
• Lead stakeholder coordination to keep projects on timeline and on track.
• Report project financials, progress, and outcomes to the department manager.
• Support policy and process development across the department.
