Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution, managing risks, and driving successful outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined scope, timelines, and budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and post-project reviews.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
