Job summary

Mace is seeking a skilled individual for a high-profile project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage planning and risk within a centralized EPMO, ensuring the delivery quality and strategic outcomes.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, with a strong background in infrastructure, advanced Excel, and Power BI skills. The role requires excellent communication and training abilities, with the expectation to operate effectively in Arabic.

The Project

This is an opportunity to be part of a high profile project located in Abu Dhabi.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operates within a centralized EPMO to manage planning, controls, and risk.
• Enforces governance across all project lifecycle stages.
• Supports reporting teams with unified methodologies.
• Prepares periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
• Integrates risk management from preconstruction to delivery.
• Identifies and escalates critical KPIs at risk.
• Manages Primavera EPPM setup and reporting coordination.
• Uses Power BI and Primavera for automated reporting.
• Validates project data through documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyzes performance indicators to guide decisions and planning.

You’ll Need To Have

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, with the candidate based in Abu Dhabi and fluent in Arabic.
• Must have infrastructure experience and advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data modeling, queries, and VBA.
• Involves system implementation, data integration, reporting automation, and strong communication/training capabilities.
