Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple programs in a hybrid Dubai-based role. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and drive on-time delivery across varied stakeholders, from contributors to executives.

You will report progress with clarity, manage risks, and refine delivery strategies with Account and Success Managers to maximize client outcomes. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience across large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion.
• Ability to influence and persuade at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall project and program planning, documentation, milestones and deliverables.
• Provide timely reporting on project progress and success metrics.
• Maximize efficiency and minimize risk by linking activities within a program.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Identify risks and issues early and propose effective mitigations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Success Managers on delivery strategy for accounts.

Job description

Location: Hybrid Dubai

Position Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to maximize project outcomes. You will provide input and advise on strategies to achieve strategic objectives while improving Users sentiment. You will work with a range of stakeholders from individual contributors to subject matter experts and executives alike.

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.
• Link all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline.
• Have the confidence and capability to hold all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders accountable to project commitments.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Work closely with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for your assigned accounts
• Act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.
• Promptly identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them
• Contribute to the development of processes and best practices for project management execution for the project management team.
• Work may require to spend up to 80% of the time on-site.

Qualification:

• BA, BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, working with large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
• Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization. Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to influence and persuade.

This is a Hybrid role.
