• Lead project execution and delivery activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review contractor performance, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Ensure effective implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and QHSE standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution and delivery activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management within a developer, contractor, or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
