Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in Steel Erection and Cladding works, especially Standing Seam systems, to oversee multiple Dubai project sites from initiation to handover.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical (or related) engineering degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, including Standing Seam experience. A valid TRAKHEES Grey Card in Dubai is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related field).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Steel Erection & Cladding industry.
• Proven experience in Standing Seam roofing/cladding systems is preferred.
• Mandatory: Valid TRAKHEES ‘Grey Card’ (Dubai).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee multiple project sites from initiation to handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute steel erection and cladding activities.
• Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide inputs for estimation (area calculations, material requirements, etc.).
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational challenges proactively.
