Y-Axis is seeking a senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer to oversee civil construction activities in the UAE. You will coordinate site teams, review drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and safety requirements.

Strong leadership and communication in English are essential as you manage subcontractors and document progress. Responsibilities include planning ahead, monitoring equipment, and ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining IMS standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 7-10 years site experience, UAE experience preferred.
• PMP certification advantageous.

Mansioni

• Learn the project, study drawings, specs, and approved submittals to plan ahead of work.
• Ensure site team is aware of specifications, drawings, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Coordinate site activities daily and monitor plant and equipment for timely maintenance and operation.
• Ensure works are executed per the company IMS and coordinated with all staff and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor activities, quality control, and uninterrupted progress per schedule and budget.
• Prepare quantity takes-off and materials requisitions; verify material receipts and stores records.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and prepare monthly labour and site progress reports.
