rising branch is hiring a Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director for a fully remote, part-time role based in the United Arab Emirates. The candidate will lead projects from planning through commissioning and handover, coordinating contractors, engineers, and suppliers while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in construction PM, site management, or related.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through handover.
• Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, method statements, and project plans.
• Manage risks, issues, variations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee site coordination and sequencing of activities.
• Track costs, variations, and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain project records and provide management updates.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Identify productivity and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Support lessons-learned and continuous improvement.
