Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Project Director to oversee management, strategic planning, and delivery of program packages in line with objectives and leadership expectations. The client is a reputed UAE real estate developer with major residential, mixed-use projects and master plans.

The role requires steering cross-functional teams, managing consultants, procurement, and contractors while optimizing value, budgets, schedules, and quality with a strong emphasis on HSSE and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in construction project management.
Proven track record managing large-scale leisure, travel and tourism projects.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
Educational qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop project briefs and technical requirements for consultants and service providers.
Lead external consultants ensuring contractual obligations, schedules, budgets, and quality.
Collaborate with procurement, design, and commercial teams to optimize outcomes.
Identify early works opportunities and drive value engineering to improve design and delivery.
Coordinate HSSE integration, risk management, change management, and project controls.
