Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Director (Data Centre Construction) to lead delivery of complex data centre projects across multiple stages. You will manage client relationships, cross-functional teams, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

With 15+ years of industry experience and substantial senior leadership exposure in the GCC/Middle East, you will drive project controls, risk reporting, and stakeholder alignment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 5 years in senior Project Director/Programme Director roles on major complex projects.
• Ideally 5+ years of Data Center / mission-critical experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in GCC/Middle East with regional delivery context.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data centre construction projects across all stages including planning, coordination, execution and completion.
• Manage client projects and project teams to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, and resource coordination for the project phase.
• Governance, reporting, risk management, change control and executive decision support.
