Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM strategy across projects in alignment with ISO 19650 standards and organizational best practices.
• Mentor and supervise BIM specialists and coordinators, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight.
• Manage and optimize Autodesk Revit models for complex multidisciplinary architectural projects.
• Ensure effective coordination using federated models, clash detection, and model health audits through Navisworks or BIMcollab.
• Promote adoption of parametric and computational design tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Collaborate with visualization teams to integrate BIM data into Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, and AI‑assisted design platforms.
• Standardize BIM protocols, templates, naming conventions, and libraries across projects.
• Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) for accurate documentation, version control, and traceability.
• Monitor emerging BIM technologies and drive continuous workflow improvements.
