Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent; MSC is highly desired.
• At least 15 years of experience in a similar role with extensive project controls leadership.
• Must have UAE experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
• PMP-SP or PMI Scheduler certification valued.
• Strong proactive attitude and leadership to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Organize project review meetings and report to PD about project growth.
• Planning management, training and support.
• Review and monitor Standard WBS Structure and Programme Structure (Level 1–3).
• Review planning procedures and control, monthly valuation programme reporting.
• Maintain earned value reporting (BCWS/BCWP/ACWP) and cost rhythm; ensure on-time delivery.
