Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a leading contracting and construction company. The role focuses on project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, risk management, and management reporting across large-scale, high-rise projects.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking baselines, identifying delays, and preparing recovery plans to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of project planning and controls experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience with contracting companies and large-scale high-rise projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, forecasting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and control systems.
• Establish project baselines and regularly track actual progress against planned targets.
• Identify schedule delays, cost variations, risks, and potential project bottlenecks.
• Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, resource requirements, and overall performance.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Coordinate closely with project, site, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.
• Support management with reliable project data, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
