Job summary

MediaSource FZC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Programme/Project Controls professional to lead planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting for complex projects. You will develop baselines, monitor progress, and provide dashboards and management presentations to support timely delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6, cost forecasting, and project reporting across real estate, infrastructure, or major developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of programme and project controls processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules, milestones, and performance baselines.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Analyse planned vs. actual performance and identify variances and risks.
• Review consultant and contractor programmes, progress reports, forecasts, and controls submissions.
• Maintain critical path activities and dependencies and flag impacts on delivery.
• Prepare project controls dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate controls information.
