AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Dubai to lead project controls functions on large transportation and infrastructure projects.

This position supports senior project leadership with scheduling, cost control, and change management to ensure successful project delivery across the UAE. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven experience in project controls leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project controls leadership on large or complex projects.
• Prior professional experience working in Dubai with knowledge of local construction practices.
• Strong understanding of schedule management, cost control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function on large and complex infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Develop and support commercial strategies and participate in client and subcontractor negotiations.
• Establish and maintain accurate project schedules including critical path analysis, resource loading, and leveling.
