Job summary

Parsons in Dubai is seeking an accomplished Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring for large-scale infrastructure programs. The role requires overseeing project control processes and ensuring the integration of schedule, cost, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, particularly in the UAE. Strong competencies in Primavera P6, risk analysis, and the ability to manage complex project dynamics are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls for large‑scale infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Power BI.
• Proven expertise in delay analysis techniques (Window Analysis, Time Impact Analysis).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project control activities across infrastructure and transportation programs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures.
