Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer for a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves managing project budgets and ensuring financial accuracy across large-scale infrastructure developments.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of relevant experience and a strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel. You will coordinate with various stakeholders and support the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls and cost engineering.
• Strong experience in infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring alignment with approved financial baselines.
• Prepare detailed monthly cost reports using data from consultants and contractors.
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts based on construction programmes.
