Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a Progress & Reporting Coordinator to align project progress, readiness and performance visibility across multidisciplinary teams in Abu Dhabi. You will support timely execution within EGA governance, maintaining dashboards and executive reports for management decision-making.

You will coordinate daily/weekly reviews, track readiness of materials and equipment, and ensure data accuracy across planning, procurement and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, planning, progress reporting or project controls.
• Strong data analytics, Excel and Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary work sequencing across project, operations and stakeholders.
• Track planned vs actual progress, identify variances and recovery actions.
• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans with visible dependencies.
• Manage interfaces between internal teams, contractors and support functions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and executive dashboards.
