Egis Group seeks a detail-oriented Project Control Manager to oversee project controls, cost management and schedule performance for rail infrastructure initiatives in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You will work with project teams, finance and leadership to ensure delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include developing control processes, monitoring budgets and schedules, producing executive dashboards, and driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls or related roles.
• Proven expertise in cost control and budget management.
• Strong schedule management and critical path analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with PM software (Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems per standards.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance; report variances.
• Track schedules and milestones; identify risks and mitigation.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare executive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and finance to resolve control issues.
• Maintain baselines, documentation, and change records.
• Provide training on control procedures, tools, and methods.
• Support audits; ensure contractual and policy compliance.
