Job summary

Meraki Developers seeks a Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and complete construction activities in line with drawings, specs, quality, safety, and timelines. You will coordinate with stakeholders and lead multiple trades to drive productivity.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 10–15 years’ UAE experience, including managing residential or mixed-use projects, with strong AUTOCAD and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Total experience: 10–15 years; UAE experience preferred.
• CM experience on at least 2 residential high/mid-rise projects.
• Software: AUTOCAD and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute construction works strictly as per approved drawings, specs, and ITPs.
• Monitor progress; prepare recovery and mitigation programs to address delays.
• Manage deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment; control wastage.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain workflow.
• Ensure 100% quality compliance and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safety and housekeeping standards to achieve zero incidents.
