Responsibilities

• Identifies, prioritizes and executes a broad portfolio of programs.
• Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs.
• Collaborates with global cross-functional teams to capture program requirements.
• Manages dependencies and risks to optimize the project critical path.
• Influences teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership through to program closure.
• Provides portfolio budget management and spend forecasting by program.
• Establishes scalable processes and tools for end-to-end project management.
• Runs standups and sprint planning for owned programs.
• Builds and maintains consistent reporting across programs.
• Determines methods for new assignments and coordinates teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
