Job summary

Eaton Dubai is seeking a MES Production Scheduler to create and optimize production schedules within the Ortems APS environment. You will align demand, capacity, materials, and workforce to deliver on-time orders while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a globally connected setting.

The role requires 3+ years in production planning, strong SAP knowledge, and hands-on MES/advanced planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years in production planning or detailed scheduling in a complex environment.
• Excellent SAP knowledge and experience with MES or advanced planning systems.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimize finite-capacity production schedules in Ortems APS.
• Convert demand and plans into executable schedules considering capacity and materials.
• Monitor, adjust and recover schedules to meet delivery targets and throughput.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Act as scheduling owner within the MES ecosystem and drive continuous improvement.
