Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in production planning and shop floor scheduling, preferably in aviation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for material management and planning.
• Ability to drive measurable improvements in planning metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and weekly production scheduling aligned with ERP and MPS.
• Translate mid-term MPS into shop-floor schedules considering capacity.
• Define scheduling rules and time fences with Operations and Logistics.
• Manage work center prioritization and recovery actions.
• Coordinate responses to component shortage risks and expediting actions.
• Oversee ERP-driven changes for production programs and KPI reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across planning.
