Julphar is seeking a production supervisor to oversee the Lactam Value Stream in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality, and efficiency targets while guiding operators and technicians in daily manufacturing and packaging activities.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, have 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. The position requires full-time commitment onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations in the Lactam Value Stream.
• Ensure Safety, Quality, and Supply objectives are met; supervise operators and technicians.
• Review BMRs/BPRs, logbooks, and process records; coordinate with QA for line clearance.
