Job summary

Presight in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to support priorities, deliverables and design approaches, and contribute to the product strategy, planning, delivery and marketing of Presight solutions and services in line with the overall business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, data science, CS, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in product, software/web design, or engineering and development.
• At least 3 years in analytical product management across full lifecycle.
• At least 2 years building/launching AI-driven platforms; Agentic AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Translate product strategy into detailed engineering requirements and AI guardrails.
• Contribute to roadmap and backlog to ensure timely delivery and ROI.
• Ensure strong UX for data-rich AI interfaces and create testable prototypes.
• Define and track product performance metrics and remove delivery impediments.
• Stay current with agentic AI and foundation models, translating capabilities into opportunities.
• Support testing with QA and design/test of AI/agent scenarios.
• Contribute to differentiated product positioning across market segments.
• Help identify risks and support proofs-of-concept and mitigations.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will collaborate with product teams and Presight stakeholders to support priorities, deliverables and design approaches, and contribute to the product strategy, planning, delivery and marketing of Presight solutions and services in line with the overall business objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven and agentic products from discovery and competitive analysis through positioning, roadmap, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Help translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering, including the orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails specific to agentic AI systems.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and backlog, supporting delivery against the agreed baseline to achieve timely completion and return on investment.
• Good product sense for the UX of data-rich and AI-driven interfaces, with the ability to turn concepts into clear, testable prototypes.
• Help define and track product performance metrics including reliability, adoption, and model/agent quality, and support the removal of impediments to delivery.
• Stay current with agentic AI, foundation models, and the evolving AI landscape, and help translate emerging capabilities into product opportunities.
• Support testing and evaluation efforts with QA, including the design and execution of test scripts and scenarios across product functions, as well as AI/agent behaviour evaluation.
• Contribute to product positioning that differentiates the unique value proposition across primary market segments.
• Help identify risks, support mitigation plans, and assist in developing proofs-of-concept.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product, software/web design, or engineering and development.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytical product management, with exposure to the full product lifecycle.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building, launching, or scaling AI-driven platforms (e.g. ML-driven services, LLM-powered products, AI orchestration); experience with Agentic AI strongly preferred.
