Job summary

tentwenty global in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the digital portfolio for a flagship government client, owning vision, roadmap, and day-to-day delivery of web products and a mobile app. You will align stakeholders, translate regulatory and user needs into prioritized backlogs, manage risk, and collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-impact public services.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering consumer-facing web and mobile products.
• Ability to translate client objectives and regulatory requirements into clear backlogs and user stories.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Solid understanding of product architecture, APIs, and system constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for government web products and mobile app.
• Translate objectives and user needs into backlogs, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a realistic product plan with proactive risk management.
• Build and refine a product roadmap balancing client priorities, user value, and technical feasibility.
• Lead refinement, sprint planning, and reviews with engineering, design, and QA leads.
• Be the single point of accountability for product decisions and trade-offs.
• Manage client relationship and turn ambiguous requests into scoped deliverables.
• Coordinate with UX/UI to align flows with user behavior and business logic.
• Understand product architecture and integrations to inform prioritization.
• Define and track KPIs and post-launch performance.
