Job summary

Teamware Solutions Inc. in Dubai seeks a senior product ownership/BA professional to lead backlog and release priorities for an enterprise ERP platform across multiple business units. You will drive Dynamics 365 F&O/Commerce initiatives within a retail context.

The role requires cross-regional collaboration (GCC and Southeast Asia), coordination of UAT and sign-off for major releases, and a data-driven approach using Power BI and Azure DevOps to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or functional consulting on enterprise ERP platforms.
• 4+ years working with MS Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Commerce in a functional or product role.
• Retail domain experience across at least two sectors (grocery, electronics, convenience, or fashion); multi-format retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing a backlog and release priorities for a shared platform serving multiple business units.
• Experience across GCC and Southeast Asia exposure preferred.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and business sign-off for major releases.
