Amazon is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Dubai, UAE to lead customer-facing Search, Discovery, and Personalization experiences for Amazon Now within Quick Commerce in MENAT. This is a high-ownership product role responsible for defining vision, setting the roadmap, improving customer experience, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Working across Product, Technology, Science, Business, and Program teams, the Senior Product Manager will own search relevance, ranking, search customer experience, discovery, and personalization. The role requires rapid data-driven decision-making, independent UX judgement, experimentation, and hands-on experience developing and launching AI-powered products at scale.

Product Ownership

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Search, Discovery, and Personalization customer experience across Amazon Now.
• Define the product vision for search relevance, ranking, search customer experience, and discovery.
• Translate customer needs and business opportunities into clear product priorities.
• Identify customer experience gaps and investigate customer behaviour to determine appropriate solutions.
• Make independent UX decisions and drive visual and interaction improvements.
• Move product initiatives from concept through launch with a strong focus on execution speed and measurable outcomes.

AI-Driven Product Development

• Use AI to accelerate product development and improve the quality of customer experience decisions.
• Apply hands-on experience in developing and shipping AI-driven product features.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve search, discovery, personalization, and customer interactions.
• Work with technical and science stakeholders to translate product requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Use data and experimentation to assess the impact of AI-enabled product changes.

Experimentation and Performance

The Senior Product Manager will track relevant customer experience and business metrics, identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive improvements with urgency. The role will design, launch, and analyse experiments using Amazon 's experimentation framework. Testing will be used to validate customer experience changes, support product decisions, and determine which capabilities should be developed or scaled.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Write clear PRFAQs, product requirements, and business cases.

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor 's degree or above in Computer Science.
• Experience leading priorities and influencing effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with limited guidance.
• Ability to respond with appropriate urgency when situations require rapid turnaround.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.

Product Leadership Profile

This role requires a product leader who can combine customer focus with technical understanding, analytical decision-making, and rapid execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems, making informed UX and CX decisions, and working across technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-facing products.
