Job summary

Amazon Now team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Search Discovery and Personalization CX for A-Now. You will define the product vision and roadmap, leverage data to make decisions, and ship AI-enabled features that enhance customer experience.

This role requires fast decision-making, independent UX choices, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Tech and Business teams. You will be responsible for experiments, metrics tracking, and delivering customer-focused improvements

Qualifications

5 years of product management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating effectively.
Experience developing AI-enabled products at scale.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for search discovery and personalization CX for A-Now.
Track CX and business metrics; diagnose gaps and drive improvements with urgency.
Identify CX gaps; understand customer behavior and define the right experience.
Make UX decisions and drive visual/interactions changes without a UX designer.
Leverage AI to accelerate launches and improve decision quality.
Design, launch and analyze experiments using Amazon’s experimentation framework.
Write PRFAQs, product requirements and business cases; align stakeholders.
Benchmark against regional and global players to raise capability standards.
