Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is building a UAE-based regulated gaming operator. The Lead Product Manager, Identity, Wallet and KYC, will own core customer journeys from onboarding to verification and payments, balancing conversion with compliance in a fast-growing, regulated environment.

As a product thinker, you will collaborate with Technology, Compliance and Operations to build scalable, trusted customer experiences across FanMo's ecosystem, including sportsbook, lottery and digital content.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across fintech, digital banking, wallets, payments, marketplaces, gaming or other regulated B2C products.
• Experience balancing customer conversion with trust, fraud, compliance and operational complexity.
• Strong product craft across funnel optimisation, platform thinking, payments, regulated journeys, analytics and experimentation.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
• Experience owning complex customer journeys and shared platform capabilities end to end.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate insight and delivery, while ensuring high-impact customer and regulatory decisions remain appropriately controlled.

Responsibilities

• Registration and onboarding across identity and KYC workflows.
• Identity and account management, authentication and recovery lifecycles.
• KYC verification and wallet-related verification steps.
• Wallet experience design and transaction flows including deposits and withdrawals.
• Managing fraud risk integrations and regulatory controls.
• Drive conversion across onboarding and payments with reliability.
