Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Trading Platform to own the platform capabilities powering our Sportsbook proposition. You'll translate complex operational needs into scalable platform features, working with Product, Trading, Engineering, Data and Risk teams to deliver platform-driven value.

The role requires strong technical fluency, experience with real-time data, APIs, and AI-enabled tooling, plus a proven track record in platform strategy, workflow design

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across trading, sportsbook, financial markets, pricing, risk or complex operational platforms.
• Experience owning complex platform products and translating specialist user needs into scalable capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Data and technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing complex workflows and operational tooling.
• Experience working with real-time data, integrations or other complex technical systems.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve team effectiveness, trading insight, automation and decision support.

• Define and drive the Trading Platform strategy and roadmap.
• Configure markets and events; control pricing and trading workflows.
• Develop offer and promotion tooling and market depth enablement.
• Oversee trading operations workflows, risk and exposure tooling, and reporting.

Lead Product Manager, Trading Platform

Overview As Lead Product Manager, Trading Platform, you’ll own the product capabilities that power our Sportsbook proposition behind the scenes. Your challenge: How do we give Trading and Sportsbook teams the tools, data and controls they need to create a differentiated proposition quickly, safely and at scale? This is a platform product role sitting at the intersection of Product, Trading, Engineering, Data and Risk. You’ll translate complex operational needs into scalable platform capabilities that improve how Trading teams work and enable the broader Sportsbook proposition. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable working with specialist users and able to navigate complex operational and commercial requirements. You think in platforms and workflows, move quickly and know how to balance flexibility, scalability, reliability and control.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across trading, sportsbook, financial markets, pricing, risk or complex operational platforms.
• Experience owning complex platform products and translating specialist user needs into scalable capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Data and technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing complex workflows and operational tooling.
• Strong product craft across platform strategy, workflow design, analytics, operational tooling and APIs.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and aligning teams with competing priorities.
• Experience working with real-time data, integrations or other complex technical systems.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve team effectiveness, trading insight, automation and decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Sportsbook trading, odds compilation, managed trading services, financial trading platforms, risk and exposure systems, or real-time data products.
